The results from this year's Junior Maths Challenge, held 26 April are in, and make for impressive reading.

Best in year 8 was Huxley Smy (scoring 85), with Louis Welch (84), Marlon Hennessy (84), Abi Littlewood (84) and Chris Lyndsay (82) all also scoring high enough to be invited to the next National round - the Maths Kangaroo to be held on Tuesday 12th June.

Rory Brunning and Ollie Whiting also secured Gold certificates with scores of 81 & 76 respectively.  There were a further 6 silver (scores of 60+) and 10 bronze certificates (scores of 49+) from Year 8 set 1!

Also amazing was the year 7 performance, with two pupils, Alfie Eagle and Mae Hughes earning gold certificates (both scoring 78), as well as a further 4 students awarded silver and 8 students awarded bronze.  Well done!
